IP (in-person) | Students are required to provide copy of student ID or certificate of enrollment.
The OFW21 registration fees include:
- Participation in the 4-day Workshop with access to all materials (both in-person and online)
- Coffee-breaks and lunches during the Workshop (in-person only)
- Conference Banquet Dinner (July 2nd) (in-person only; included for both Regular and Student registrations)
- Welcome Cocktail (June 29th, at 7:00 PM)
- Social Program activities (details to be announced)
Optional add-ons (per in-person attendee):
- One accompanying person, with access to the Banquet Dinner and Welcome Cocktail
- or
- One additional Banquet Dinner ticket (both Student and Regular registrations include one Banquet Dinner ticket)
Cancellation Policy
Please note: a 50€ administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations received before May 31st, 2026 .
Unfortunately, cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. However, substitutions are permitted at any time. To arrange a substitute, please provide prior notice along with the substitute’s full name and affiliation.
